Purchase Policy

You may choose to pay for your purchase with a Credit Card or Pay Pal account. We will ship to any destination within the continental United States, Hawaii & Alaska, Mexico and Canada, Central and South America, Europe and Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.  If your selected item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any part of your order, you may return or exchange the unused product(s) within 30 days. Full refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be issued back to the purchasing credit card or Pay Pal account. Exchanges will be made for different color/size of the same product (excluding shipping charges).

Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 2-3 days (excluding weekends/holidays) unless there is a problem. Large items like surfboards and international orders take an extra day or two. For most domestic purchases we use UPS. International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. International surfboard orders can be very expensive ($200+) so be prepared. If your package is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to send a replacement. test
